Summary

Government programs as a tool in the strategic planning of the Russian Federation, are just the scope of practice of public administration. The process of their formation is not completed, but the experience gained in the course of their training, and to evaluate the success of the implementation of state programs at the regional and municipal level. The purpose of the roundtable is to review the best practices for the implementation of mechanisms of public building programs of different levels, identification of the most promising model that can be scaled in various regions of the Russian Federation.
